What's the programme?
Optimistic Futures Academy runs a modular programme of short immersive innovation courses.
We provide teams with best practice frameworks and a chance to experiment with new tools and methods. Modules are fast-paced and led by experienced front-line practitioners. We drip feed theory with case study material. Our bias is towards learning-by-doing, working in groups on real-world project briefs.
Our core curriculum of ready-to-go courses, packaged with toolkits and support materials, include; Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Service Design, and Creative Facilitation. We can tailor or design courses to your company requirements.
All our courses can be run in-person or on-line. They are intensive experiences designed with small (10-15) to medium size (15-25) groups in mind. All have versions for training trainers.
Who is it for?
Our goal is to support innovators and change agents in business with methods, tips and tricks, and the confidence to get going.
Courses can be pitched to be introductory, intermediate or expert refreshers.
A typical group is multidisciplinary and will include colleagues leading or contributing to company change projects. These might include new product, service or proposition development.
Our course commissioners are often internal leads in areas including Innovation, Change Management, L&D, Customer Experience, and Product Development.
