Optimistic Futures Academy works with leaders and their teams to shape creative culture, spread innovation behaviours, and drive successful projects.

Our coaches are experienced leaders who have delivered change and innovation in business. They bring senior coaching experience and are supported with the Academy’s diagnostics and toolkits. We match the coach to the client.

Our Leadership Coaching backs senior executives to lead from the front when rebalancing creative culture and organisation-wide skills to fit fast changing business environments. Our Project Coaching gives hands-on support to drive priority initiatives, often in the area of systems thinking or service design.

All coaching is run on-line. Programmes are tailored around tried and tested formats comprising short regular sessions spread over a period of 8-12 weeks.

We aim to coach individuals and teams to have rapid and measurable impact for their organisations.

We support intrapreneurs, change agents and other senior internal catalysts. These may be from the top-team or a key individual with a strategically important project. Roles may include leaders with a responsibility for innovation, transformation, culture change, proposition and product development.
